These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of eclara.uk and your purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our products
We sell premium rechargeable cordless lamps. We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Product images are for illustration and minor variations may occur.
Orders and contract formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. A binding contract between you and Eclara LTD is formed only when we dispatch the goods. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know and arrange a refund of any payment taken.
Pricing
All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP). VAT is included where applicable. We try to ensure all prices are accurate, but if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers (Shopify Payments and/or Stripe). You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Cancellation and returns
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order and return goods in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details of how to cancel, return items and obtain a refund are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Liability
We will perform our obligations with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage that is not a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
