Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy sets out how Eclara LTD (trading as Eclara, eclara.uk) processes and delivers orders.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on all UK orders.

Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within an estimated 5–10 working days. Please note this is an estimate and delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation email. Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be included so you can follow your delivery.

If you are not at home

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the carrier will usually leave a card or notification with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection. Please follow the carrier's instructions promptly to avoid your parcel being returned to us.

Changing your delivery address

If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@eclara.uk. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
